Material and application
We apply commercial traffic paint with airless striping machines over clean, dry pavement, chalk-lined or laser-guided to layout. New asphalt gets its first striping after the surface cures enough to hold paint. Restripes get surface prep so paint bonds to pavement rather than to dust. Reflective glass bead is available for lots that work at night, and layouts are archived so every future restripe matches without re-measuring.
On the maintenance calendar
Striping pairs naturally with sealcoating, fresh lines on fresh black is the signature maintenance-program look, and most properties cycle both together every three to four years. Standalone restripes slot in when lines fade ahead of the seal cycle or when a relayout, new tenants, EV stalls, changed flows, makes sense mid-cycle.
